Kachilaa

Aloo bodi tama literally translates to potato, peas (black eyed peas), and tama (bamboo shoot) in Nepali. It is a hearty stew is enjoyed all year long alongside rice or roti (flatbread).

Buff Bhutuwa (internal buff organ) is first boiled in water and cut it into pieces then fried in pan with oil, nepali spices, ginger-garlic paste, salt and top it with chopped onion, green chilly and coriander leaves.
